For some crazy reason I didn't used to care for maxi skirts or dresses. Then I tried my first maxi dress from Kiki La'Rue and I was sold. I don't know why I didn't like them- there was absolutely no reason for it. Anyways, I'm glad that Kiki La'Rue was able to change my mind because now I could live in them. This is my first maxi skirt and it took me a while to know how to style it (I'm just not good with skirts!), but now I'm wearing it with everything. The fabric of this skirt is so soft, and I had recently shaved my wooly mammoth legs, so it felt incredible against my skin. I can't wait for the weather to cool a bit and pair this skirt with my Lenore scarf (which is hands down the best scarf in the entire world, I need it in every color).

PS I realize I have Jerry Springer roots. Ugh I hate them. They're gone now, I got them taken care of last night yo.

Maxi skirts are the best when you are chasing after the little ones.

So pretty. I never think to tuck in a blouse to a maxi, but it looks so good! Will definitely keep this in mind.

I recently started loving maxi shirts and dresses too! I'm also having problems styling with my maxi skirt so would love some more pictures of how you style it!!
