Oh, and I'm doing the sprinkler. I'm cool like that.

My work's dress code went from business casual to casual and now it's back to business casual. Poo poo. This was my outfit for our first day of our new code today. I was definitely dreading this change, but so far it's not so bad. I like feeling put together and professional, but being casual is so much easier!

This was my first time wearing these pants and I really like them. I even bought a second pair at lunch. They come in different fits for where it fits at your waist and for straight/curvy women. Plus, they're pretty comfortable which was the best part.

What's your work dress code? Do you have a preference?

We went from business causal where we could wear jeans if we dressed them up to no jeans except for Fridays. I'm curvy and slacks don't hug everything in a flattering way all the time lol. I definitely miss wearing jeans every day, they're sooo comfy and easy to dress up.

I just started a new job today, and we wear all black. I love it. Did I tell you black is my favorite clothing color? so I love the outfit... and the fact that you are doing the sprinkler!

We're strictly business casual except on Fridays. We never see our clients....ever....in fact, we never really see anyone except each other, so I still don't understand why we have to look nice!

Ours is Strictly Business and Business Casual depending on your position. But somehow i get away with VERYYYYYY business casual. Meaning i dont wear jeans, but whatever else i want. haha.

ours is bus casual, but someone people are ridiculous what they consider ok for work. I wish we were held more accountable. that being said, when it was just me in the office all last week i wore workout pants, so i guess im not one to talk lol

We are strictly business. Meaning, I can't even wear slacks to work. It's all skirts, all the time. (did I mention that nylons are required?)There is also no such thing as casual Friday. We've all found ways to make outfits fun by using funky accesories or wearing shoes in crazy bright colors.

adorable!!! im loving the belt with it :-)

my work used to be business casual unless we had investors or board members stop in, then it was business dress. HOWEVER, we have been doing pretty well lately, so we have been granted "jeans days" fo the rest of the year. only problem is i got rid of so many of my jeans when i started working here because i never wore them! so now, i wear dresses, skirts, leggings, etc...just to be able to make my 3-4 pairs of jeans last me!

my company is ultra casual. believe it or not people have come in wearing sweats (definitely NOT me!)
since i'm a manager i TRY to keep it just work appropriate - no low cut tops, no booty pants, no flip flops (alright maybe ONCE in a while)...
this can have its ups and downs i guess since my last job was business casual and now if i dress up at all people automatically assume i have a) a date or b) an interview!

We have business wear Monday- Thursday, then business casual on Fridays (jeans have to be dark wash and pressed) I really enjoy getting dressed up for work, I'm not sure why, but sometimes it would be WAY easier to wear whatever I want.

I prefer a business casual compared to just casual. I feel more confident when I'm dressed up - maybe even more important.

Sounds like someone abused the 'casual' status at work so it went back to normal?

For biz cas, I love layers of jewelry and jackets.

PS - so glad you mentioned you were doing the sprinkler because I was looking at your photo and thinking 'what is going on'. Ha.
